Sizzler is making it easy for customers to share what they liked or didn’t like about their most recent experience at a Sizzler by allowing customers to share their experience through an easy to access online survey. To get started the first thing customers will need to do is sit down at their computers and access the online survey webpage. Once at the webpage customers will see a box at the top of the page asking that the customer enter the store number that can be found on the Sizzler receipt. Once the four digit store number is entered the customer will be asked to confirm the correct store location before clicking on the Start Survey button.
Once the Start Survey button is clicked the customer will be shown a few questions regarding their dining experience. The very first piece of information customers will need to input into the survey is the date of their visit to Sizzler. Once found customers will simply enter the date in the Date of Visit field. Once the date is entered the customer will be able to share their experience by answering some questions about how their time at Sizzler went. Questions can be answered with strongly agree, agree, neither agree or disagree, disagree, or strongly disagree. Some of the answers the customer can provide include letting Sizzler know if you will recommend the specific Sizzler location, letting Sizzler know if the customer feels Sizzler cares about them, and advising whether or not the customer will return to the location. The customer can also specify whether or not her or she would like someone to follow up in regards to their visit at Sizzler.
