Prize Verify
- Visitors can verify a prize with the PIN number received via mail
- The PIN number will be 9 digits long and is located below the bar code
- All winners will be required to have their bar code scanned for verification in order to receive the prize
Please note after the PIN number has been provided the visitor will also have to provide their contact information (name, address, phone number, DOB) and then take a short customer survey. The Prize Verify process consist of three steps and should only take about 2 minutes to complete (the survey may take up to 10 minutes).
