Live Well Rewards Center

Team members of Walgreens, Healthcare Clinic, and Option Care can now access their accounts online through the Live Well Rewards Center login page. Walgreens team members can get into their accounts by entering their User IDs and passwords. The login information will be the same information that team members created to access the Live Well Benefits Store and their medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage information. After logging-in, team members will be able to link their Live Well Rewards Center accounts to their Your Total Rewards statement and Live Well Benefits Store. In addition, team members that have logged into their accounts will be able to confirm their Health Reimbursement and Flexible Spending account balances, get information about the Added Benefits program, or learn about other Walgreens perks.
Healthcare Clinic and Option Care team members will also be able to login to the Live Well Rewards Center by entering their login information created to access the Live Well Benefits Store. Once logged-in, Healthcare Clinic and Option Care team members will be able to access information about their medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, Health Reimbursement Account, and Flexible Spending Account.
Team members that cannot remember their Live Well Rewards Center User IDs or passwords should try not to panic as the password can be recovered by clicking on the Forgot User ID or Password link found on the login page. Team members will need to enter the last 4 digits of their social security number and date of birth to confirm their identify and begin the login information recovery. Likewise, new users that have never accessed Live Well Rewards Center will need to enter their social security number and date of birth to confirm their identity and set up an account.
